On Friday - thx to journeyfan- I ordered a small order of All is Bright here. Small in price b/c items were 75% off - small in size & weight -.2 lb. Prior to ordering, I requested they put in an envelope to save shipping $ and they put a request on the order to do so. They asked me to notify them when it shipped & they would refund me. And they did, over 40%. Thx 2peas!

That's great to know! I never place small orders here because of the obscenely high shipping charges. I'll give this a try next time.

Glad that worked for you! I tried that in December when I ordered just the new KP stamp set. I was charged 5.90 for shipping and they said they would refund me the difference after it shipped. I got a credit of $0.63 (or something like that can't remember exactly). I wouldn't have ordered the stamp if I knew the shipping was still going to be so high - they shipped it Priority instead of First Class!
