Where did my points go?

I checked my points yesterday and I had 13,766. Today I have 12,819. I haven't done anything on the website except read this forum in the last few days and I lose almost 1,000 points? What am I doing wrong here?!

Has it been a year since one if your purchases? They expire after a year.

This has been posted before. Points just disappear. I've had points vanish and I haven't passed a one year purchase anniversary. I've yet to see anything that fully explains how to earn and keep points.

I concentrated my scrapbook purchases here to earn a 10% discount. I used it once and now I have no discount. My suggestion is that you shop where you can find the best prices and the best service. I get 3% off at a LSS just for showing up with one of their reusable bags. In mind my Two Peas and loyalty just don't go in the same sentence any longer.

I too thought expiring points was only due to orders rolling off after 12 months? Why else would they disappear?

I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that we would love a comprehensive explanation of the loyalty program 2peas.

Sad to say it, but I agree. Just yesterday I went to A's, got 25% off my $40 purchase, and paid no shipping.

It's bad enough I went from a 15% discount down to a 5% discount here. My bigger problem is that after almost 9 years of coming here and shopping here, I don't "qualify" for "special promotions" and "advanced sale notification." That did me in.

I'll buy classes if they interest me. As for product, I'm done. I'm happy to spend my money where they treat all of their customers the same in that each and every one is worthy of special promos and notices of sales. 2Peas doesn't want me to be included, fine. My money goes elsewhere.

Maybe they aren't fully explaining it because they haven't really figured it out themselves?.

I think they really messed up on this one.
