returns? I went there over the week-end and I got a defective punch. I really wanted this punch because it kinda look like a doily and would be perfect for PL to journal on. It just will not punch all the way through. I had my husband try as I thought I was just weak or something and it doesn't work for him either.
The greatest gift of all was given at Christmastime....

I've had good experience with returns. Should be no problem.

They should take it back. I've had some issues with a tape runner and they exchanged it for me.

They are great with returns, I had a clogged mist and they took it back with no problem.

I also had a defective punch from them (a WRMK corner chomper). They wouldn't take it back unless I had the original packaging.

I work at Archivers in Utah. It's nice if you do have your receipt, but take it in and show them the problem and I'm sure they will be willing to help you out, whether it's returning your punch or contacting the vendor about the problem. We have always been really good about returns so just ask!

They have good cs, they will exchange it for you.
