I am seeing more and more of those wood veneers available with collections. I have noticed them in stores for years, but I was never really sure how to use them in my scrapbooks. Can someone give me ideas on how you use them? |

Theres a ton of different fun ways you can use them! Try using them in place of a button or a little accent on the bottom corner of a photo or if you do PL placing them on journaling cards with some washi is fun too! Take a look at the gallery I'm sure you'll find tons of ideas there! |

You can stain them, you don't have to have the wood look. |

They are the perfect finish to a grouping of embellishments. |

I love them! I usually just like the look of them plain. I may bling them up eventually. |

You can mist them, stain them, glitter them... add them in with your embellishment cluster or use it to accent a title. I like the geotag and camera wood veneer since they can go with almost anything. |

They are just too fun! I have been using them on layouts for a little accent, or my Project Life cards as well. I love that you can paint them, color them, mist them, glitter them, or just use them plain - so many options! |

Doesn't anyone care about using acid free/lignin free products in their scrapbooks anymore?
By nature of wood veneers being, well, wood, they are not lignin free. |

I use them in my project life (I used a couple on last weeks layout that you can see on my blog). I like to use my mists and color them! The HS Color Shine mists are awesome on them. I just unscrew the top and tap some on and rub it with my finger. Leaves a great shimmer! I don't worry about them not being acid-free. |
