I think I finally found a use for my SMASH journal I bought a year ago.

I joined the YMCA last night. So I'm thinking it will be a weight loss, exercise journal. I'm going to take all my measurements and do a "before" pic. Then just use it to log classes, workouts, experiences along the way. Hoping it will also be a tool to keep me motivated. Maybe like, "No scrapping today Andrea until you do 45 minutes of cardio!"

What a great idea! Print outs from MyFitnessPal, etc. - I bought a smash book for my daughter and she nor I have ever used it. MIght try that!

That's a wondergul idea and if you wanted to make it more, "scrappy" you could always include clothing labels and tags from now and when you begin to "shrink".
