I want to know if I'm the only one having issue with HSN. Back in September they made an enter error when I order the Anna Griffin Christmas card kit. When I didn't receive the order I called and they said there was nothing they could do because the item sold out. I contacted Anna Griffin and lucky they allowed me to order directly through them. Now when Anna was on I order several items. I was tracking my order and it said I received the 72 piece floral embellishment kit. I wait a extra day to be sure. I contacted them today and they said it was delivered. I triple checked all the boxes and no kit. They said I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do. I'll refund your money. I don't want a refund I want the product I ordered. I'm I the only person frustrated with them. I never have any problems with QVC!! I'm so unhappy. If I wasn't such a big crafter and Anna fan I'm not sure I would ever purchase from them again!!

I am sorry you have had this problem. I just received my order from them yesterday with no problems. I don't order from HSN often so I don't know if this is usual or not. I do not that I live in a rural area and we have had many mail and shipping problems throughout the years. This of course does not address you first purchase problem with them as they acknowledged it was a order entry error, however your second problem sounds more like it is the error of the delivery entity. I hope you can get it resolved. I hate when things like this happen especially when it is something you are so looking forward to.

If I personally didn't know my UPS driving I would thing the same thing. I'm a frequent online and QVC shopper. I have no problems with any other deliveries. I do have to say I don't think HSN secures there packages well. The boxes never seem to be taped well. I'm not sure if it's the tape they use or how they do it. It's just so frustrating. I live in Arkansas in a small town we only have one tiny scrapbook store and a Hobby Lobby. We don't have much of a selection or variety.

My 72 piece floral kit came today and I have 8 of them made already. Great project to do while watching tv. You do need a huge amount of foam dots. HSN is normally excellent to deal with...I've been a customer for twenty years. It was a UPS package.
My only disappointment is that each design is duplicated more than I'd prefer.

So sorry you've had bad experiences with them. I have had issues with their packaging or damaged items needing to be returned or exchanged. They always resolved them for me. Once something was sold out (it was an Anna Griffin album) but it was later reordered and I was able to get it. Usually they have pretty good customer service but I agree that the packaging sometimes could be better. Maybe you could try using the tracking number listed on your online account to see where it was last delivered. Usually they do UPS and if you have a UPS account you can see exactly where the package is and when it was delivered. I had an undelivered package once and on the UPS website they could not locate it (it just said out for delivery for 3 days and they couldn't find it when I called to check on it), so the whole thing was taken care of for me. If you sign up for a UPS account, they will send you notifications of when to expect the delivery. I know this doesn't help you at all with your current issue, but maybe if you really want to shop Anna Griffin on HSN, it could help for next time.
