Got all the stuff I ordered & now I'm frozen until May. That doesn't include paper & ink for my Selphy.

Good luck! May seems like a long time away. I don't know if I would be able to last that long. |

I don't think I could do that. I froze myself from Jan. 20 until now, and I'm ready to buy again! |

I don't think I can do that either, with a list of things I "need" a mile long |

Good luck! It's kind of fun challenging yourself to use up all the things you loved enough to buy before. Now just stay away from the enabling threads!

Good luck!
I was able to stay frozen for almost two years but I made a Realistic budget for myself! Although my "frozen" state is not so much about being frozen but staying within budget and using what I own rather than buying new. I have not once gone over my budget, am using a ton of stuff I own while still getting some new stuff and I am spending less than 1/4 of what I used to spend and I'm much happier with it!
It is sort of like a diet, not many people can just change their habits overnight, set realistic goals and you can do it! |

Wow, that's tough. My friend and I are frozen for all luxury purchases (clothes, scrap stuff, magazines, books, etc) from Jan. 15th till March 1, and that feels hard. So many CHA releases out already that I want and may be hard to find by then. On the other hand, it feels good to use up some of my stash. And really, I did it as much for the psychological reasons as the financial ones---I was spending too much of my energy on shopping and didn't like that part of me. So good luck! |

Good luck! I was trying to freeze but still ended up spending a little, maybe 20% of what I would normally spend & some of that was $$ from selling stuff; so it still felt really good. I have also been using alot of older stuff & getting alot more pages done since I haven't been shopping. Now if I could only quit peaing
