Just got an email from Silhouette about their Valentine's Day shape sale. All Valentine's shapes are on sale through the 14th. |

It looks like the sales for shapes and the Silhouette Portrait bundle/adhesive starter kit go through the 14th. |

You can download the software without having a Cameo! The Cameo comes with the disk, but the software is available on the Silhouette America site for free also.
You can do everything with it, except cut, until you have your machine.
It is fun to play around with it and familiarize yourself with it, then when you get your machine - you are ready to go. | |

Yes, that is a great idea. There are also weekly clearance shapes and a free shape for this week that you can download while you are waiting. If you are interested in a subscription, the Silhouette Facebook page will occasionally offer subscription sales a couple times a year. The last deals I saw were in the summer and renewal deals around the holidays. |

This is exactly what I did. And when I loaded the disk, it told me that the version I already downloaded was more up to date, so you definitely aren't out anything if you download the software now and play and get the free/clearance/discount shapes. I went through when I had some free time and looked through all the artist galleries and added what I want to my wish list. Figure it might save me some time later. | |

I got my cameo for Christmas but got my subscription during the Black Friday sale. I had fun stocking up on designs for "the big day". Just got my email about this sale. I need to go check it out. | |
