I'm looking for a good quality printer to print cards for project life and other things. I have a black and white brother printer that works great. any suggestions for a color printer with reasonably priced ink cartridge refills?

I love the Canon Pixma printers. I have tried other brands and the Canon has worked the best for me.

I prefer HP photosmart printers for home printing of photos, etc.

I had one for so long I could no longer get the drivers for it to work with the newer computers; so I switched to Epson and regretted that for 4 long years. Now I am back to HP and happy again.

I second the HP Photosmart printers. I have had mine since 2007, and it has been a great all-purpose printer for me. It still prints very clearly.

I swear by Epson. I have a Picturemate in my scraproom and we have an Artisan 730 in the office.
