I would love a good qaulity marker but copies are a little out of my price range and I don't think I would use them enough to warrent the price. Any other recommendations?

What do you want to use them for?

Coloring in line images with shading?
Recoloring embellishments?
Coloring on stamps?
Journaling?

For coloring ON stamps, so the different sections come out colored differently, or you want to stamp an image in black and then color it in?

If you want to color ON stamps, Stampin Up markers are great but you have to buy from a demonstrator and the color palette is limited. I have heard food things about Marvy (Le Plume I believe) as well. Tim Holz distress markers work for this too and with a spritz of water you get a cool effect.

For coloring in images I use Spectrum Noirs and like them a lot. They don't have the brush tip like Copics but are alcohol based. If you don't blend much and want to try something similar out, Bic Mark-Its are fun but again the palette is very limited.
