I have enough points for the 5% discount, but how do I go about using them? I have products in my cart, but nothing is being discounted from them, even when I hit check out. Any help? Thanks! | |

I believe someone said it posts the next day after receiving them. Did you earn them today or yesterday? |

But does that mean that it will just automatically discount what is in our carts? Or you we need to add some kind of code?
I really can't understand why this isn't written out somewhere clearly, or why 2 Peas isn't answering addressing questions on their program here on the forum (if they have, I've missed it). Even if they just say, "we are still working out how this will all work and will let you know in the future when the details are finalized..." kind of thing.
It just seems to be being handled so differently than the 2 Peas I've "known" over the past 6 yrs.

It's automatically deducted from your cart. You used to be able to see the total discount at the bottom of your cart but after the change in the loyalty program the discount looks different. Now it shows the discount for each individual item where it has the item price. You should see it there if you have earned a discount. Hope that helps! | |

I think it should autodeduct once you are qualified. Think but not sure with the changes. | |
