Nope, but maybe we will get our own board just to gripe about the "loyalty" program. Then I would like a board entilted "Posts that have been started to talk about the very thing that they are trying to complain about" like started a post about stopping the posts about the loyalty points.  |

They HAVE addressed it. Last night.
It's funny that no one sees the irony of these complaints about the loyalty program. Everyone is angry that 2Peas doesn't "value" their customers loyalty, but their customers can't be loyal enough to be patient enough to let them get the issues with the program resolved.
And we don't have any right to be angry about losing points we weren't entitled to anyway. Did anyone honestly believe that they INTENDED to award 55 points per post? |

I am loyal and yes I did miss their note. If they miscalculated, maybe I can live with that, however, they over compensated in their correction. I went from almost 12000 points to 6000 so I lost my discount completely. That is the only reason I am upset. Okay, that is not exactly true. The whole loyalty point system has been a complete mess from the get go. They either should have left the old one in place until they figured this one out or posted something that said due to the recent changes in management, we will no longer be offering a loyalty discount. We hope to be able offer one again in the future. Instead, they have left people angry and very confused. Jmo |

The glitch was occurring and much talked about for 3 days before it was addressed last night. And, while I can deal with them removing the points from their glitch, I am torked off about the removal of the legitimately earned points "while they figure it out". As it happens, those legitimate points don't make a difference on what discount level I am at but it might for some people and I consider it pretty poor customer service. I think people have a right to be mad and if the rest of you aren't mad and don't want to read about it, you can choose not to open the threads - problem solved |

I'm still irritated with the program. I'm irritated that I went to 15% to 5% discount over night. Yeah, yeah I know the program can change whenever they decide.
I'm irritated that they have made the 15% goal nearly impossible to reach. Maxing out at 300 chatty posts per month and gallery uploads, etc.
and I HATE their shipping program. It takes 2 weeks for a package to get to me using SureSucks.
The more I'm told to shut up about complaining about it, the more I'm going to. |
