I was thinking about purchasing a Silhouette Cameo to print images and to utilize the print and. Cut for labels and. Project life stuff. What type of printer does everyone use to print things like labels, etc. I do not want to invest in a big photo printer at this time but was unsure if just one of those cheap $50 printers from Walmart would print on cardstock weight and if the images look good.

Ty for the help.

I have an epson nx110 that was under $50,it is a rear feed and it does print well.
I also have an inexpensive hp that prints well--it is probably the most user friendly of my printers, but it is front feed and I don't like my cardstock to curl up to feed in.
I am on my third (warranty replacement) kodak and would not recommend it to anyone. It prints good, but not as good as epson, and not worth the problems I've had with it.

The inexpensive canon prints well also.

IMO, ink cost is almost as important as the printer.
