Good luck! The good news is that even if it crashes, it usually remembers where you're at.

So you're the one making Shutterfly go so slow.....

It's zipping right along, has downloaded about 500 photos in 35 minutes, I am a happy camper so far. The Express Uploader is definitely the way to go.

It's good to know it's working so well!

Do you happen to have a code that you are using to make those photos cheaper to buy? Willing to share it??

Wow and I thought I was good ordering about 300 prints over the last 2 days. I have been using Persnickety Prints, however.

Shutterfly always uploads super slow for me... even using the express uploader. I don't know why.

Good for you... maybe I'll try to upload some tonight. Shutterfly is one of the places I back up photos and I'm woefully behind because it takes forever.

And here I thought it was only me, my minimal computer skills or my slow ass computer. Turns out uploading photos at Shutterfly is a slow process normally. Whew! I feel so much better.

When I got my pics from Hawaii printed, I used them. I uploaded about 1,500 pics and it worked great. Good luck!

I didn't use a code this time, as a 1st time user you get 50 free prints and i am going to use their free shipping code...I am going to print up to point that I qualify for free shipping then stop there, order more later - hoping to get a 2nd promo code after 1st order, plus with the huge backlog of unscrapped photos I already have, I don't want to print all of these at one time anyway. I do want the holiday photos first, so I can finish Dec Daily.

they are always pretty slow for me, too! My files are big since I don't reduce them and I'm sure that is the biggest culprit!
