I am thinking of putting together a fundraising for MS Crop at a facility in MN, but I have not done this before and I would like to get some input from other scrappers of what they have done.
How much did you charge?
Was food supplied and what was served?
Did you have a door prize?
What was your turnout?
Did you do one, two, or three days?
Or did you just do a regular crop and ask for donations instead?
Thanks in advance for your information.

I went to a fundraiser crop so I'll tell you what we paid and received.

We paid $40 for 4 ft of space from 8 am to midnight. There were unlimited snacks and drinks all day. 2 meals were provided (hoagies with chips, salad and dessert, then walking tacos with dessert). There were vendors who offered prizes for raffles, and also some of the local businesses made donations for prizes (free tans, restaurants, etc.)There were 50-60 people there.
