UGH, okay, what have you figured out as a "system" for printing photos? I take most of my photos on my phone, then I get frustrated trying to transfer them to a photo site. The Persnickety Prints app just hasn't worked for me, and the Snap Fish app only uploads some of the pictures. What am I doing wrong?? I've stooped to texting pics to my email then saving them to my desktop and then uploading them to Snap Fish..which means I procrastinate because I hate that process... and then Instagram pics don't work on SF. HELP!

This may be the stone-age way to do it, but I use the memory card in my phone to upload all my pics to my computer/photo program. Then I go from there, uploading & printing...I print myself, or sometimes I will send a huge batch to Walgreens.

I have a feeling that you are going to get a lot of responses with people telling you they use their Canon Selphy-I have it as well (it's not my only printer). I send out large batches to either MPIX or even Walmart but for smaller batches or weird sizes (and instagram prints) I like to be able to print wirelessly from my phone.
Good luck, it can be so frustrating and time consuming and then you get so behind!

I either transfer them to my computer from my phone, print wirelessly from my phone (I have an app that allows me to use the printers connected to my desktop,
or upload via one of the apps to a photo site.
When I used a phone with an sd card, I saved photos to the card and printed/uploaded from it.
I also send them to myself to a gmail account that I use as an additional back up.

What phone do you have?

Okay, I live in the stone age, but it works for me. I hook my phone up to my laptop via USB, transfer them into Photoshop, edit if I have to, narrow down the ones I want to print, then upload to good ole Walgreens and pick up about an hour later. Pretty boring, huh?

Oh yeah, I do have a Wifi printer, but I am too darned cheap to print at home.

I use the same process as Jennifer...I upload pics to my computer from the memory card, then send them to Walgreens to get printed. I choose Walgreens because the one I go to has pretty good quality prints, I can get them for .10 a print every couple of weeks and I drive right by there everyday to and from work!

Use bluetooth!

Most laptops have this function now, I'm not positive about PC's because I don't have one anymore, but my macbook has it. Turn your bluetooth on your phone and computer on, pair them up and then go to your photo gallery on your phone. You can click all the photos you want to tranfer and share via bluetooth and zoom. They go right to your computer. From there I would upload to a printing site. Really, it sounds complicated, but it takes like 2 minutes to get your pictures to your computer.

I am another who plugs my phone into my computer with a USB cable. It is fast and I use PSE to import so it automatically sorts them into folders based on the date as renames them with the date as well.

As I edit and choose photos to print I drop them into a folder on my desktop called "to print" and then it is easy to upload to whatever website. I use Costco or Shutterfly mostly, Walmart if I want the prints right away.

I don't know if you have an android or iOS device. I have had both. Currently I have an android phone.

I use the Google Drive app to get my photos from my phone to my computer. I share the photos in my gallery with Google Drive & then I can access them from any computer or device with an Internet connection. It's SUPER easy to do - I just check the photos I want to have access to, hit the "share" button & choose Google Drive from the list. The Google Drive app has other uses - liking making documents from your computer available on your phone. It's very handy!

When I had my iPhone, I connected it to the computer to upload photos, but there's probably a way to do it through iCloud similar to what I just described with Google Drive.

get a Selphy 900 photo printer. They are really cheap now. It's blue tooth and you can upload straight from your Iphone to the printer.

I load my phone pics onto my computer and use York to print my pictures.

I'm thinking of using Persnickety to do Instagram pics but I would only print one sheet worth and I don't want to spend the flat $5 shipping fee for ONE sheet of pics!

I'm curious to see other's Instagram printing methods..

I use the Dropbox app to get my pictures from my phone to computer - I open the app and the pictures automatically show up in Dropbox on my computer. No cords needed. Then I save them to my EHD and upload them to wherever I'm getting them printed. I use Photosheet to get smaller or square photos all on one 4x6.

I have an android phone and my photos are linked to a private picassa web/Google+ album. I can log on to the album from my computer and it automatically syncs to Picassa. Then I can treat then like any other photo.
I do have to use a USB to transfer videos.

Do you all print your iPhone photos 4x6? I find when they are that big, they aren't super clear. So I try and put 2 on each, making them 3x4 each. But that is time consuming!

If it's just a few, I just email them in original size to myself.

If it's a lot, I just USB into my computer, edit, and upload to snapfish.

I have also just popped out my phone's micro SD and use my SD adapter to plug it into my comupter SD slot.

Another Dropbox user here. In fact, I have both mine and DH's phones set up to automatically upload to our Dropbox folder. My online backup backs the folder up automatically, and I copy it to the EHD once a month.

It's great because DH takes pictures with me in them, and random ones at work that are nice for Project Life. Since it updates all the time, I don't have to wait for photos to be uploaded. Also, since I'm doing PL this year digitally, it's great to have the photos ready to go. It bugs me to have to grab my memory card from my DSLR!

I use Android and an old PC (Windows XP!) and this works for me.

Yes, I can spell. No, my Kindle can't.
Just my humble opinion. And no, I wasn't being mean.

I do print 4x6 and they're clear. Sometimes I put 2 3x4d together and print on a 4x6 for Pl. I have my camera set on high

I'm another Dropbox user. It syncs automatically and I can access them from phone or computer. I print all of them at Costco.
