If you've already taken it, I'd love to hear feedback on how it helped you maximize your phone & photos.
If you're about to take it, what made you sign up?
I'm tempted, but right now, I'm still using my trusty old iphone 3. I'm eligible for an upgrade, but too cheap to splurge for it. My DH would laugh to see me use cheap as a descriptive adjective for me!  |

I would also be interested in feedback on this class. I'm still considering an iPhone ... but one of the main hold ups is that I really want to be able to fully USE it. This is a class I'm looking at ... just in case I update my phone. The combination, to me, is what is questionable. I'm confident in Jessica Sprague classes. | |

I've taken it. Took it mainly to learn my way around iPhone photos and Instagram. Great for that. That was the Jessica S. part. Didn't do the Heidi swap project. Just not my style. |

I took and and found it to be filled with useful information. The first Heidi video was a bit annoying (sorry Heidi) but once you get past that - and you do have to watch it - the rest of the class is great. I've had an iPhone since the first version, worked at the Apple Store for a few years, and I learned a ton. |

I took it this past fall and thought it was a fun class. I love Jessica's classes, and this one was easy and not hard to keep up with. One thing I liked about it was they gave a suggested list of various camera and photo editing apps for the phone that are fun and cool to use.
Another thing I really liked was that we got a very cool dingbat type of font that has cute symbols and fun sayings written by Jessica and Hiedi. They show you how to use them with a couple of apps to do fun things with your phone pictures. The font, for me, was so awesome that it alone was worth it for the price of the class.
I also learned a lot about using Instagram and how to get the best use of the app, how to search for hash tags, print photos, etc. It was also fun to see what everyone did with their photos in the class gallery. While I didn't do Hiedi's projects either, I might use those ideas in the future for gift ideas. I thought her projects were clever and very cute. |

I took it, learned some new apps and I agree with the previous post about the font... It was a good intro to mobile phone photography but would have liked a bit more info on certain shooting situations (ie low light ). Overall a good class! | |

It starts today, but registration is open through the weekend. It's less than $25. I think it's $19. |

I just purchased it. (My current phone is failing ... I was thinking that the iPhone might be this weekend)
The class just started ... Heidi UStream (pre-recorded in October) video with the usually Heidi UStream issues .... but so far, 2 lessons, the only information is about InstaGram for "sharing".
I re-read the description clip:
"...includes all kinds of tips, tricks, techniques, apps, and projects to get you using your camera phone like never before" -- the title says "take, edit and share"
Lesson 1 is Instagram Tailgate Party
Lesson 2 is Socializing with Instagram
I'm not interested in the "share" part. I AM interested in the TAKE and EDIT part. For right now ... I'm taking a deep breath... I'll return when I've organized my time and look further.

First two lessons have had nothing about TAKE or EDIT (well push the Instagram edit option was in there) ... just share with Instagram.
As always, Jessica's videos are crisp, clean and professionally produced. Heidi's photo stand project looks very cute, I can actually see doing it --- it was the getting to that point that was tedious. | |
