I've bought items for scrapbooking here since 2007, and only several months ago I learned that I can have a refund of shipping (if I overpaid at the checkout), or I (an international) can also use the shipping promo code to save $5 on shipping (with the purchase of $50 or greater non-phaseout, non-digital product).
When I learned that, I was very much surprised and checked FAQs, promo code fine prints, etc., but I couldn't find any such information.
(And still I can't!)
Now I wonder -- where should I see to find those shipping info?
2peas people -- could you please show us ALL info (including refunds and promo codes) at ONE single easy-to-find place?

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but you'll need to access the site without using the iPhone app.
Make sure you're logged in.
You'll see your name (user name) in the upper right hand corner.
Click on your name.
A drop box will come down with various links.
Choose the "Shopping" link.
This will take you to every purchase you've made with 2 peas. It'll be in order with the most recent at the top. Click on the order number (this is the number in the left hand side under Order Id). This will list every item you purchased on that invoice. If you scroll to the end it'll show:
-Product Sub-Total
-Shipping
-Discount Free Shipping (if applicable and used). This number shows up red.
-Sales Tax per your State
-Order Total

I don't believe there is anything on the site about refunds for over paying .. I think you have to contact them through a support ticket! |

@desflo, thank you for your help. I could find all my former orders, but I have no idea if my shipping of old orders was overpaid or not, as I have already recycled the boxes. If I had known about the refund when I received the boxes, I would have checked actual shipping cost carefully. Anyway, I learned my lesson and will pay more attention in my future order.
@Jjmikrut143, thank you for your suggestion, too. Now it seems to me that this "refund" is just for those who know about it, and those who don't keep paying more than they really need.

Yea I know..because I have tried to search for it across the site when I first heard about it too and couldn't find anything.. Granted I'm lucky enough to always get the free shipping..
As a matter a fact I refuse to make a purchase without that free shipping code. I once added less then $20 to my cart (all very light embellishments no paper) & the shipping was $8 WHAT? That's crazy... I couldnt imagen paying for shipping to an different country I'm sure it's expensive.. I hate paying a penny towards shipping I always feel like I could spend that money in product then stupid shipping lol... I'm very very thankful to be able to get free shipping, that's the main reason why I buy most of my items here.. That and the discount! Now that I'm @ 10% wish I had my 15% back! |

@nyanko, no problem! I'm sad they were unable to work anything out
Hopefully using the code and ticket in the future will help some. |

Nyanko - what if you knew the weight. Could you determine the amount of actual shipping this way?
How are your packages shipped? What carrier do they use? You should be able to input your tracking # and on top of showing where the package is, it should also show its weight. Based on weight I imagine you can get a figure for actual shipping and compare this to your invoice. |

@Jjmikrut143, my discount went down too -- from 15% to 5%
But as some items I love are now on sale, I think it's a good
time for me to do some shopping.
@desflo, thank you for the suggestion! I'll try that next time

There is no central place with all of the shipping info.
There is always a code for free shipping/shipping discount over 50$. You can find the current code (it changes each month) in the newsletter. Go to forums > newsletters, then find the current newsletter. Scroll down to the bottom and the shipping discount code will be there.

The discount codes for shipping are found in the email newsletters - which you can read on the site (under the forums tab drop-down menu) or ideally subscribe to the email newsletter to get it straight to your inbox. That's the whole point of the discount code being found there - so the discount is a benefit of keeping up to date with the store's newsletters.
There is no separate code for international shipping - use the same code and what would be free shipping for a domestic address will be a $5 discount for any international shipping address. You don't need to search for anything special - it's the same code for everyone.
As for overcharges for shipping: when you receive your order, if the postage on the box is less than what you paid during the check-out process, open a service ticket within thirty days, and the excess with be credited back to you. It helps to include your order number and the shipping prices in the ticket.
Hope that helps. I place international orders every few weeks and have for many, many years, and this is all the info I have ever needed. |

And that is exactly why I don't shop from here. It would be good customer service for the vendor to take teh time to get the charges right and not have the customer have to chase down money they are rightfully owed. |

I didn't realise until recently you could get discount on postage for international orders too, so you are not alone. and I am ashamed to admit I still don't know what is meant by "opening a ticket"

I too have never opened a service ticket, how do you do it?
I just received my order and paid $85 shipping and it shows $56 on the package so does that mean they will refund me $29?
I hope so as it means I will order a lot more. I really cringed at paying $85 but desperately wanted particular items.

In the Service Centre link at the bottom of the page there is a place where you can open a ticket....it is just a place where you report your problems too.
Service Centre
Go to Support Tickets and then Create New Ticket and let them know about your actual cost and what you were charged.
