We often post about poor customer service, but I want to share a good customer service story. I have to say that the customer service shown by Trina at Citrus Twist is top notch fantastic.

Today, I received my kit and the add ons were missing. I sent an email right away and in no time, I had a response. Trina said knew that one was left out of someones shipment, but was not sure which one. Of course it was mine. If anything is going to be left out of something it will be mine. If a line is going to stop, it will be the one that I got in. Just a gift I was born with.

Anyway, she apologized and offered to send my stuff right away or to refund my money. My choice. She also gave me a gift card for a future purchase. Of course, I still wanted the add ons, so she sent it. Within an hour I had a shipping notification.

I was a little worried about joining a kit club, it was something that I had never done before. I am so glad that I chose to subscribe to Citrus Twist rather than one of the other kit clubs. Trina and Citrus Twist are the best.

I have heard nothing but good news about them and have been debating CT or Cocoa Daisy.

I hope that I don't get banned. I learned about Citrus Twist on here and the kit clubs are discussed a lot. Just wanted to share my experience with this one. It is my first time belonging to a kit club and my first kit from that club. I was relieved that the problem was taken care of so fast.

Thats wonderful to hear about a company that values their customers and the owners take that extra step to keep that customers loyalty.

THOSE are the types of stores I'll gladly spend my money at!!!

I have to chime in here - Trina is amazing! I email and get a response almost immediately and she bends over backwards to make things work. Even when it's not her fault! My CC was hacked and the bank had to close the acct on the day the kits were to charge, but Trina held my kits for me until the new account numbers were generated.

She's awesome!

How do you get them to respond to you?? I've emailed them 2 times once in December and once last month. All I've been trying to do is sign up and be put on the list. They obviously don't need my $ so I'm moving on. Total lack of communication for me. Glad they worked with you.

If you try emailing her through the website its not working. They are setting up a bigger and better site but until that is up and running it is best to email her at citrustwistkits@yahoo.com. Every time I have emailed her she has gotten back to me within a couple hours, Trina is the best, she goes above and beyond with her customer service.

I have been subscribing to CT since August last year. She always responds like that! Trina is great!

I had problem 1 month with my PL kit paper being bent on 1 end. I ask her if the next month she could place a piece of chipboard next to them to prevent them from bending the next month. I didn't ask for paper, but she sent me 2 new sheets and sandwiched them between 2 sheets of chipboard. No problem since!

Yesterday I emailed her to thank her for a great product and with in a few hours she was thanking me for my comments.

I have been a subber for about 6 months now and I agree about the kits! They are amazing!! I have never had to contact Trina, but i'm sure it would be no problem if I had to. Thanks!
