Ok, so not the drinking game kind of drinks, LOL, but regular drinks. Do you keep a drink with you when you scrapbook? I always used to. I think I even have coffee in videos sometimes! But then tragedy occured. I scrapbook in the basement. I had a finished layout on white cardstock. I had a half a cup of coffee left. Do you see where this is going? Well, trying to carry the layout, the coffee, and my camera up to photograph it, I ended up spilling the remains of my coffee on my layout!!! AAGGGHHH!!! I started yelling and freaking out! I found a towel to sop it up and only some of it is noticable. Thank goodness for photoshop. But I definitely learned a lesson about drinks and scrapbooking.

I almost always have a Diet Pepsi, but I also have one of those things clipped on my desk that holds a can and a small trash bag. Best of both worlds.

Yes, I have seen those and need one. Sadly, my ooops happened once I walked away from my table. Eeeks!

I always have something to drink, but I usually make sure it's as far away from my work as possible Sorry to hear about your coffee fiasco...glad you were able to salvage the layout

I always have a drink with me when I scrap, but I also have that drink holder/trash bag thing that clips to my table. Love that thing!! I haven't had an accident *yet*, but I am clumsy so odds are it'll happen some day. I am constantly having to tell my girls (13 & 11, old enough to know better) to get out of my room with their food and drinks.

I usually have some water with me, but try to keep it far away from whatever I'm working on. Never food though; I would have to wash my hands between every bite for fear of getting something on my layout!

No I don't bring a drink near my scrap desk. The kitchen is too close for me to flirt with disaster like that.

Coffee! I keep it on the desk while I'm sitting on the floor scrapbooking. But sometimes I get so caught up in scrapbooking that by the time I remember the coffee, it's cold.

Sometimes I have a diet soda in the room, but if I am focused on my scrapbooking I don't drink much of it because I don't keep it right next to a page. Too worried about my own klutziness.

I have a clippy thing that holds my drink and trash too. Even then I usually make sure I'm drinking something with a lid.

No drinks are allowed on my scrap table except bottles of water that can be covered or capped. I have friends over to scrap and if we have hot drinks, like tea or coffee, we leave them on top of one of the cabinets in the room and just take a break if we need a sip or two.

I'll drink whatever I'm in the mood for. But I keep it on my side table in the scraproom, whether it is covered or not.

Working in IT for so many years has taught me that you should always have drinks with lids on them. I have a cup holder on my desk and when I go to crops I have one that I take with me.

I usually just drink water or if I'm scrapping at home, I'll have a glass of wine to help with the creative process.

I usually have 3-4 bottles of water & seltzer handy & a cup of coffee or a beer - depending on what time of day. No snacks but lots of beverages & knock on wood - I don't spill very often despite my naturally clumsy nature!

Plus I don't use lids at home - I guess I'm scrapping dangerously.

I usually do have seltzer or coffee with me, but I keep the beverages on a surface separate from my desk. There's a table behind my desk that I use as a "holding spot" for the Big Shot, my acrylic block case, etc. - that's usually where my beverage of choice sits.

M&M's, OTOH, can sit right there on my desk with my project.

I usually have a cup of tea, but it sits on a shelf away from my scrap desk.

The only drink cup we have that has a lid is a no-spill baby cup. I think I'd look pretty silly drinking my tea from that.

No, no drinks on the scrap table. Occasionally, I'll have a water bottle on another table in the room.

Usually just water, occasionally coffee or tea. I've done the coffee trick too, kind of. I had a container of water for a technique I was working on and my half cup of coffee. Coffee is great for distressing, I found out shortly afterwards.

I too have the drink holder/trash thingy...I think I got it a long time ago thinking I probably wouldn't use , But I love it. I don't use the ring that comes with it for my trash as I scrap to much and fill it up to fast.

Only drinks with lids, for sure. I have amassed quite the collection of lidded tumblers.

I have worked magic with hydrogen peroxide and a Q-tip or cotton ball in situations like this. You may need to reprint the photo, but I've been able to salvage literally everything else (stickers, ribbons, papers, fabrics...)

I have a very strict no food or drinks in the craft room rule. But since my craft room is next to the kitchen it really isn't a problem.

My craft room is just outside my kitchen so I don't have far to go and usually have a glass of water or juice on the cart in the kitchen. But IF I have anything in the room, it is usually only water and in a flip top bottle!

At crops I use a CM cup holder with a Tupperware cup with a lid and straw or a Dunkin Donuts coffee.

But at home I usually just put a coffee mug in the holder. I'll have to remember to put it in a travel mug.

I have a Scrap Ma Bob and use the trash "bag". I also use my tervis tumbler with lid at all times. Or bottled water. When cropping the night away...anything can happen.

Friends don't let friends drink and scrapbook. I sometimes have a little red wine on my desk. I figure, it's just a LO. I can redo it. I would be concerned about having a drink and my camera close together. That thing is my baby and I am as graceful as a dog on ice.

I have a scrapambob and I only use bottles that are covered. I have a great tupperware sports bottle that I use with a removable cup. Its what I use for scrapbooking at home and away.
