I have my kids albums done to when they came home from the hospital and then picked back up and did some of their school pages.
I was thinking of trimming my creative memories pages to fit into 12x12 page protectors and somehow mingle them with project life pages.

I am doing PL and regualar 12x12 layouts. I place the layouts with the week they were done. I really like the way it looks

I am doing that but I am only doing monthly layouts. I have just spent the evening doing the January layout and to be honest it was exhausting but I am glad it is using up lots of bits and pieces and scraps. I am putting ephemera between the layouts too newspaper cuttings etc and using a multitude of different page protectors. I am trying to not inflict too many rules on myself and if there are more spreads sometimes then that's fine. Most importantly I don't want to get behind or I will give up | |

I think a few people are doing that. I intend to, but I don't scrap all that often, so haven't started yet. |

I don't technically do PL (yet), but I use the page protectors and regular 12x12 layouts. I love mixing it up and I love the simplicity of PL, but I also love getting more creative so I add 12x12 layouts. I might a few examples in my gallery. Lailani's first year Album |

I dont do PL but I am going to start putting PL type pages in with my regular 12x12 scrapped photos because I just have too many pictures I want to get in books. |

I did our family Disney album using pl type pages with 12x12 pages. I plan on doing more of it. | |

Go for it! I've combined my PL pages with my other layouts and just have some monthly dividers in my albums. I've been doing this for about a year now and it combines the best of both worlds for me. | |

I haven't done it yet but I do plan on a mix-it-up style of album soon because I I very much like the idea and have plenty of page , protectors, scrap supplies and need to use that stuff up . |

I did it for my vacation album and my son's baby album. I love it! In my PL album I have done 6x12 page inserts. |

I merge my 12x12 layouts in with my project life. I do it weekly and just stick them in the week of the photo. If It is a 1 page lo i just pit a pretty piece of cardstock on the other side or another lo. |
