So I placed an order with the 25% off code and I very quickly received my order. In it there were two items that I didn't order and two items missing that I did order. I created a ticket and got a prompt reply, an apology and two options. I chose to have the items I ordered shipped to me as I needed them for my wedding album. I asked about returning the two wrong items and was told to keep them (which I will donate to a fundraising SB Garage Sale) and today received the correct items and another goodie.
I can't imagine a better response. Thanks 2 peas!

That's funny the same EXACT thing just happened to me.. I received my order yesterday! They were really good about it & I also got a free goodie on top of being able to keep the mixed up item I didn't order! Matt is a great CS pea!
The funny part is I have ordered over 100 packages to say the least I'm sure more.. And this was the 1st mistake that has ever happened! To me that's absolutely impressive! I have placed quit a few orders from other company's and they have screwed up so many times.. Haute look was great for that they must have messed my orders up 5 out of the 20 times I have ordered from them & the crappy part about it is they can't ever send you your missing item because of the way the site works.. I love twopeas and placing orders here is the best because i never run into any issues and I always get what I ordered!

I had a similar experience with my last order about 2 or so weeks ago, called Matt and it was fixed in a couple of minutes. I have to say, in my order history here, that is the first time I've found a mistake.

I agree! I have always had great customer service from 2peas. And, I love the free ship with $50 or more! It keeps me coming back.
