I got my kit yesterday and was surprised how quickly it came! Really like the kit and anxious to try this system. However, the binder seems to have several scratches, rub marks, and one gouge. Think somebody else mentioned damage to their book? Wonder if this kind of binder is prone to getting damage to it? Think I will call HSN and ask about it. Did anybody else have one damaged and what did they do for you? My DH thinks I'm picky about it, but then again it is a $30 album?

Yep! As always, if you are unhappy with a product due to damage, call CS, no matter what the item or company. I don't pay for damages in my products.

I'd contact them. Hopefully they'll replace it for you! I ordered blush and mine was fine. But I don't think the binder is quite worth $30....

I was afraid that the album would gouge. I have a couple friends that bought the Olive PL albums and they seem "papery" making them prone to pokes. I hope you get decent CS!!!

I too received the blush kit (jade is on its way) and my album has a few dings in it.. This is my second BH album I own.. I have the seafoam and its the same thing with that album just a little less! I've though about calling but then I would have to return the product and they don't just send you a new one your order is canceled & your money is refunded.. & although the album maybe have a ding or two In it its not enough for me wanna send back all the items in my kit for a refund! I tend to be very picky & I'm a true perfectionist but sometimes I just have to let it go! Besides all these albums are like this due to the material and nobody is ever carefully enough handling them... So even if you were able to get another I'm sure it would be the same case!

It's the album. I got both kits and the blush album wasn't bad, but nothing I am crazy about because I know it will eventually get damaged. My Jade album had minor scratches and rub marks, but I am not calling CS because it's not that big of a deal for me. Wish they like the WeR albums. Love the kits and the value was great.
