Any ideas for an easy program to make photos in squares and to look like polaroids ect?

I use Photoshop to crop the photo square, and save.
Then I use PhotoSheet (free program) to import the square photo into a 4x6 with the appropriate blank space around the photo.
Print wherever you like!

do you just drag a square around it then crop to selection?

I use the crop tool. Click and drag. In Photoshop, if you hold down the shift button while you click+drag the crop tool, the crop stays constrained to a perfect square.

I use Picmonkey. It makes it so easy to fit lots of squares onto a 4x6 photo. You just choose "create my own" collage and change the aspect ratio to 1200 x 1800. Best part - it's free. I think my work flow goes faster with it than photoshop.

Yay! Glad it worked!!

I am totally hooked on square photos right now. They are almost all I use.

I either use photosheet by photility, or I crop as a pp said using photoshop.
Photosheet is quick & easy (and free), but is for pc only.
Have Fun!
