I have an idea for a scrapbook page that uses 2 papers glued but then cut. Has anyone run layer paper through the Silhouette?

I have never tried this, even though my machine can cut with more pressure than the Cameo.

The adhesive, even though it is in the middle of the papers, could get on the blade and possibly cause problems. Also, depending on the thickness of your cardstock, it might have difficulty cutting all the way through, and the adhesive could complicate the issue. Of course, you can always try to do this and tell us what happens. I could be totally wrong. I'm not willing to do it with my cutter. Cleaning adhesive off a blade might not be a big deal, but it isn't something I want to have to do, either.

If I need a cut with different colors of cardstock on each side, I just cut separately, then glue together. I just use an adhesive that is slightly forgiving so I can make adjustments as needed.
