She was doing a Mood Board, and the 'gellatos' looked like little inkers or markers.

These are gelatos - they sell them here at 2Peas. I actually have about 8 of them that I have never used... I've had them for a while but they really seem to be big right now.

Gelatos by Faber-Castell, they are watercolour gel sticks. They go on like lipstick, they blend easily and you can use them with water to make watercolour effects. Also makes lovely mists by adding slivers to spritz bottle.

I have a set and LOVE them!

They are kind of like a chapstick/color-in-a-tube product. You can color with them directly onto paper and then use your finger to blend. You can also use a paintbrush and water to blend for even different effects. You can shave little bits off the color medium, mix with water and great color spray mists.

I have a series of cards that I've done in the gallery using gelatos. I used them first by picking up color directly from the tube with my damp paint brush, creating "petals" of color. I then stamped and heat embossed the white image on top. I like to create a pile of these ahead of time and then I add a banner with a sentiment later when I know what kind of card I need. Gelato Card Set

Jennifer McGuire has done a few videos on them and you can also see lots of fun videos using them in the Faber-Castell site itself. The ones that Jill (Stampinginspiredby blog) does for F-C are my favorites. Shes amazing!
