|Posted: 5/6/2013 6:15:38 PM|I received my wonderful 2 Peas order on Saturday (which was perfect for NSD), but as I was going through it I found that there was a tag paper missing.
I'm not trying to suck up or anything, but my call with Matt today was about the BEST customer service I've ever gotten from any internet company. He offered me three different options to rectify the situation, countem' 1 - 2 - 3... WOW I was just blown away by his professionalism and generous spirit.
I have read many threads that didn't shed the best light on 2 Peas customer service, but my experience today was WONDERFUL!!
Thanks Matt for making my experience such a joy!

Matt has never been anything but quick to respond to any of my support tickets. I can only say good things about Matt.
If he didn't get beat up once or twice around here, I probably would have just kept this to myself, but he deserves a thumbs up from the other side once in while, too.
ETA: And this is not about rainbows and unicorns at two peas. It is what it is.

I have to say, Matt has always been super nice and helpful whenever I've contacted customer service. Last month it seemed like my package might have gotten lost and he was very thorough and generous with the help. Luckily my package got delivered fine after all.

I sent a ticket in about the international shipping charge difference, and he was helpful and happy and dealt with it so quickly... Not unicorns either, but think your point about him getting a thumbs up on the boards was a really good point... Hope you don't mind me adding my recent experience

The last time I had an issue and dealt with Matt, he was AWESOME. Thoughtful and considerate and even though I don't think he scraps, he "gets" why we get edgy when our stuff doesn't arrive instantaneously!!!
That said, I've had two issues with orders in the seven years I've been ordering here. And both were fixed asap.
