I am really sucking lately at google searching for threads I know there was recently a thread about old and new color swatches of Mr. Hueys colors.

Which color is the most similar to "Kraft" cardstock?

Classic Calico is pretty close to kraft, in my opinion.

I don't know if this helps at all, but these colours are NOT like kraft:

Mister Huey's Manilla
Mister Huey's Warm Calico
Mister Huey's Dark Calico
Mister Huey's Pinstripe
Mister Huey's Shell.

Those are all of the brown-like family Mister Huey's mists I have, and none of them are at all like kraft cardstock.

Manilla *might* be close, if you sprayed it lightly.

It definatly helps so that I don't get any of those! Thanks!
It is so hard to tell the colors when looking online. They should really show a swatch with the bottle in the stores.

Yes! I have read all of the reviews here on Peas about each of the Mister Huey colors and half if not MOST say that the color is not true to the packaging! I would like to buy a couple more bottles but am scared! lol

Me too! I'm afraid I will end up with a bunch of colors that I will never use. I have most of the HS colorshine, but I sometimes like the "matte" color of the Hueys, but never know which color would be "right" for me

I am bumping this because I would also like to know the answer ... I have Manilla and it is not really (IMO) manilla envelope coloured. I find it much more of an olive green. Is Classic Calico the same as Classic Tan?

I don't have Classic Tan, but Classic Calico is the closest to kraft that I have - hope that helps.

Thanks Peamac, I have that chart bookmarked, but it doesn't have all the colours. It is the best chart I have found though. It didn't have Classic Tan, so I couldn't compare it to Classic Calico.
