Jennifer McGuire referenced these markers on her blog recently. I've never heard of them so I'm wondering if anyone has used them and, if so, do you recommend them - or are they similar to another product that I might already have?

I saw them on her blog too and ordered the wink of stella glitter one... no color. has a brush tip for easy application, but practice first. I squeezed too hard and a glob came out. perfect since then. the glitter is really fine. bit different than my stickles so a fun change.
hard to see but I used it on this card looks great in person....

Highly recommend them. Gorgeous smooth stroked on glitter with the brush tip. Have 6 of them, but my 2 favorites are the clear and the gold.

I love them! Got a few from Kuretake ZIG. The glitter in them is more pronounced than on other brands. Fave color is the gold one for outlining lettering titles or embellishments.

Never heard of them. Are they for coloring or journaling? What kind of top do they have?

I have the clear one also, thanks to Jennifer McGuire (who I can also thank for my set of 72 inktense pencils). The tip is an actual brush. Actually, the whole thing is like a water brush, but it's filled with glitter... stuff. I second practicing - I globbed the first time I used it. Though it's not as frugal, I find myself "globbing" a little on scrap paper to get it going for ultimate control.

No, those aren't right. Those are the markers. Search for "wink of stella brush."

Well heck...I accidentally ordered the wrong ones. Tried to cancel on Amazon within an hour of ordering and they said I could not cancel. Oh well the set was only $23.

Amazon wouldn't let you cancel? You can always send them back, which Amazon allows you to do for free. Even with Prime shipping I usually get a window of a few hours in which to cancel (not that I suffer from buyer's remorse or anything ), and with overnight shipping I usually get at least an hour. Bummer.

ETA: I bought mine at SSS. I like that they have code-free free shipping over $75, which is a limit I should think is a lot of money but don't!

So they are different enough from Stickles or any other glitter type pen/marker (like the Copic glitter pens) to buy them?

The ink is a very sparkly smooth look. It reminds me of a very intense sparkling H2O paint. The brush makes it easier to apply to bigger spaces. The gold and silver are fabulous! I saw them at a scrapbook convention and bought two to try.
