Many smart phones and point n shoots have a panorama setting. I use it quite a bit for scenery photos.

I'd love to see how you ladies scrap them!

Here's one I did the other day. The picture doesn't look like much, but the story is awesome and I want the girls to remember what their dad did for them that day

Looking forward to seeing others.

Here's one of the 3 I have done:

Here's the link to see the details closer:

Mountain Village

I'd love to have more ideas for this style photo as I have more photos like this and don't want the LO's all looking alike.

Thanks for the love kiki. They are only 11" , notice the border on the sides it's 1 inch on either side.

I created a 22" panoramic and then split it in half to fit the photo paper.

Have fun with yours

These are awesome, ladies! I need to think about taking some panoramic photos and using them! Thanks!

And for those who may not have a panoramic setting, you can always use Photoshop to create a similar effect from a scenic photo that has a lot of sky above. As long as the megapixels are fairly high, you have plenty of room to work with digital photos you might already have taken. You can fit two panoramic prints on an 8x10 or 8x12 print at Costco, and they are pretty affordable (for those who don't want to print at home).

great thread and great layouts! I have a few panoramic pics that I would love to scrap.

More suggestions on printing options? Do any sites offer panoramic prints? (rather than putting them on a larger canvas?)

My regular online photo place does panorama prints, but they cost 4.95euro, compared to 10-15c for 6x4 prints. I think I'll be printing my panoramas at home!

As for printing, a cheap way to get it done (if you don't mind the cut edges) is to crop your photo into sections. I divided one into 3 4x6s with overlapping portions, had them printed and will scrap them with the middle section overlapping the other two. Clear as mud? I just learned about the panoramic abilities of my phone while at the beach 2 weeks ago. So fun!

i made an 8x10 canvas in PSE and put 2 panoramic photos on if for printing. i'm sure there are more economical ways, but i was getting all of our vacay photos done (no printing at home for me).
