I decided to spend some time in my corner of the basement and rediscovered my scrapbooking stuff!

I did 4 12 x 12 pages today!

SO stinkin' excited!

Only 8 years behind, and high school graduation is 3 years away... I think I can do this after all!

OK, these are just started... I cut titles and put some embellishments in the little baggies so I can complete the pages next year. (Hence the blank mats on some) These are current year dance photos and her individual photos that go with the group shots are hanging on her bedroom wall until we get next year's photos done (we rotate them every year). I decided instead of being stressed out about how far behind I am that I would start with something current and "exciting" to kick start me in to the swing of things.

My son wanted his "stuff" done poster size so I could hang it on his bedroom wall as well. He's into the high school robotics team and they did amazingly well this year (Finished the season 3rd in the world).

Hope I can keep going! Ideas for more embelishments/finishing ideas? Been scouting the galleries for ideas!

Yay you! Keep it up!

"The world absolutely needs Woo Girls. If there were no Woo Girls, there would be no 'Girls Gone Wild,' no bachelorette parties, no Las Vegas poolside bars. All of the things that you hold dearest would be gone. The souvenir shot-glass industry would collapse; so would the body-glitter industry -- and, the stretch Hummer rental industry. Tiny cowboy hats would be worn only by tiny cowboys. And when 'Brown- Eyed Girl' would come up on the jukebox, all you would hear ... would be silence .... and 'Brown-Eyed Girl.' But who would 'woo,' ? Who would 'woo'? Would you? Would you ... 'woo'?" B.Stinson

Love your thread title and I bet it felt amazing to get back into it and accomplish those pages! They look wonderful!

There is no need to feel "caught up". Let that idea go right out the window and have fun creating just for the joy of it. Sounds like you made an excellent start of that so far

I noticed you are using CM album pages. I wanted to let you know, in case you hadn't heard yet, that CM has filed for bankruptcy. There is one last chance time period to order their albums, pages and page protectors from July 8 until July 31. After that they will no longer make the albums.I am NOT a CMC. I was one way back in 2001, but quit in 2003.

Please feel free to pmail me. I have an excellent CMC who is a Pea if you need one.

Good for you. Don't think of yourself as behind. I usually just scrap what inspires me in no particular order. Hope your MOJO keeps flowing.
