This past weekend we purchased 2 expedit 2 x 2 bookcases and a table top to make my desk. It is completed now and I love it. I bought 6 closet made bins to use as storage in it but they are too small. Has anyone found a local source for storage baskets? We don't live near an Ikea and I don't know when I can get back. Thanks!

Edited to add link to blog. I tried to upload pictures to 2 Peas but got a gateway error.

Do you have a container store near you?

No container store but Target is just a couple miles away. I will stop by there. Thanks!

I use the large Threshold Rattan Milk Crate baskets from Target. They are super sturdy and come with muslin liners. They do go on sale for about $2 or $3 cheaper.

I've seen Itso cubes at Staple's especially at back to school.

Thank you all. I will be heading to Target tonight as soon as I leave the gym. Furrypea, I am at work now, but when I get home I will try to post one. I have a picture on my phone. Wonder if I can upload it with the app?

BTW, I LOVE this new desk set up. I have been having hip pain from a tiny tear that I don't want to get fixed yet. Being able to stand while working is going to make it much more comfy. DH is ordering me a drafting chair for it as well which will provide good back support when I sit. Can't wait to play this weekend.

Love the new setup! I prefer to stand also, so I'll be filing this idea away for future reference! Right now I have a kitchen island from Big Lots that I use, but I hope to eventually redo my scrapspace/home office and this would work well.

Thanks for posting a picture OP.

(and for linking the other blog) It is nice to be able to see it in both colors.

TFS!
