Every time I run across it I have to stop and admire it, it's so pretty.

My question is, is it a Christmas line? Would you use it in December Daily? If you have bought it, what do you plan to use it for (hoarding and drooling over are perfectly acceptable answers)?

I have to get it. I'm in love.

I don't think it is a dedicated Christmas line. It certainly could be used as Christmas/December daily paper, but I think it would work for loads of things. I like that it could also be mixed with Hello December if you wanted a more Christmasy effect. Whatever it is used for it is adorable; I agree with you.

Ooh that owl would be darling for a baby album.

I can't wait to see some layouts using it.

imPearia, ITA and love that it blends with hello December. Maybe that's why I'm liking it so much? Are you doing a DD?

Simply_Lovely does have a point in that some of the embellishments/words seem to imply child/parent relationship. I LOVE, however, that it isn't baby pink/blue etc. The colours and most of the icons etc could be used for anything, they are so neutral.

scrap4nick I generally don't do much December/Christmas scrapping since I moved to Australia. Most lines have snowy/wintery themes and it is high summer here for Christmas. I do think mixing Finnley with Hello December might make a darling Baby's First Christmas album/layouts. I might actually buy some of these lines though because they would actually work for Australian Christmas, and I LOVE the wood in Hello December.

ImPEAria, I totally agree that it would work for a warmer Christmas. I decided with the sneak peaks I would get it for this year as my Christmas line. Nice bright colours and not wintery. Perfect for my South African summer Christmas!

So, to answer the OP - I'm using it for hot weather Christmas.

Having grown up in the Caribbean, I understand those warmer climates during holidays! I miss going to the beach on Christmas Day!

You are so right, those characters do imply parent/child....you are just making me fall in love more. There are no babies in our house, but we do have four kiddos.

Lilith, I can't wait to see what you do. I can't wait for DD.

I am thinking about using it for Week In The Life in September. I think the colors are bright but also deep enough to scrap the end of Summer and beginning of Fall.

I also think that it could be used for winter, or anything else for that matter! It's a beautiful collection!

I bought it last week for my Christmas pages this year. Extra sheets will work for my teens too.
The color and pattern mix meant instant love

I love Glitz Designs too! Finnley looks absolutely gorgeous. I hope to buy it, along with a few other Glitz lines, both older and newer... it's not as if I need more stuff, but how can I refuse??

I think the line is really versatile. I do not plan to use it for Christmas or children, just to make some fun pages! I never buy paper with such bright colors and bold patterns but for some reason I couldn't pass it up. This is my first page with the paper:

I have already started using it in my everyday scrapbooking ( Room for Three ) but plan on incorporating it into my December daily this year too! I thought Wild and Free was my fave glitz line, but After seeing it in person, Finnley totally surpasses it for me! It's so versatile!
