Does anyone know if you can stack three cubes on the Recollections wheels? I have two on right now, but would like to do three. LMK

Do you mean the Recollections components that you mix and match? So you want to put 3 cubes on the mobile base? I have a unit I put together with 4 cubes and it's working perfectly for me. I have a tall narrow space that the 4 cube tower tucks into and I pull it out to my work area when I need it.

I have hardwood floors which makes it easy to move all of my Recollections towers. I might be more conservative if I had to move the tall one over carpet. And be sure to use the little plastic connector plugs between cubes. I skipped that step on one of my smaller sets and the cubes started to shift when I moved them.

Hope that helps.

Yes, I believe I have either three or four on some of the wheeled bases. My 15 year old DD came up with an idea to use the mobile bases on units with drawers on the bottoms. Just leave one side off of the mobile base support when you put them together. Works great. Before I could not open the bottom drawer because the mobile base was in the way of it opening.

Garagesaler, isn't your DD clever! I have open cubes on the bottom of all my towers because of the lip on the mobile base. Do you have problems with the cubes slipping off the base when you move them ?

Thank you all, I was just concerned about the weight. Yes, I have the one side off all of mine. This was very helpful.

FrazzledMom (love your message board name), there are holes for the cubes to go in on the wheeled base, so they stay in very securely.

Just leave one side off of the mobile base support when you put them together.

I was thinking about doing that when I was looking at it the other day.
