scrappinlk is the winner for this round!

Everyone is welcome to play! Pick a prompt and jump right in!

Prompts will now be open for two weeks!

I've decided to host a bi-weekly (twice a month) challenge thread here at Two Peas. The more you play, the more chances you have to win a small scrapping goody from me (and some others who are donating prizes!!) and the more pages you will get done!

Please link up your creation in this thread for a chance to win and I will also have a challenge box you can check during the upload process.
Look for **Stash Busters Challenge**

You can submit more than one page/project for each challenge so feel free to make use of your inspiration.

**You can combine all these prompts. Each prompt you use is good for one chance to win...so use 3 prompts on one layout = 3 chances to win!***

We all like to get comments on our pages so if you are playing along please try to find the time to return the favor!

**********************************************************************
Deadline for these challenges are MONDAY November 4th by 11:59 pm PST

*********************************************************************

PROMPT #1

Use hexagons, triangles, chevrons or arrows on a project. Patterned paper counts for this!

NicoleJones911 cut up a bunch of scraps in 2.5 x 2.5 inch squares and then into triangles to form this background.

As usual the prompts are great. The example layouts really give inspiration. Prompt 4 will really be a challenge and I'm thinking lots of strips of PP are going to be used from the stash!

Thanks so much Marianne your package arrived today. The Fall card is so timely and very beautiful! I'm so happy with all the goodies you sent. They went right on my workdesk to be used right away. That way they won't become stash! You'll be seeing them on upcoming LOs. Thanks again.

Prompt 1 Use arrows. I had the photos of first experiments with Legos. When I saw this green background paper in my stash, that was it. It's green like the bases in Legos and has raised dots like Legos.
I sound like an ad! Anyway to me it worked. She hasn't quite figured out the tracks, but it's a train.

Great prompts! I'm excited to play. Hopefully, I can find some creative time.

I've been eyeing to lift this Scrap Your Stash layout by Paige and it would fit prompt 1: triangles layout. Maybe some other stashbusters might want to give it a try too.

Actually getting back in the groove and getting a few photos scrapped.
Yesterday I did a page that had arrows on it the qualifies for prompt 1
The arrows were on the Elle's studio paper and then I had some OLD Scenic Route arrows in my stash I was able to use.

Keep on Swimming!

Here's one from me for this week's GG challenge to use wood veneer cards. The wood veneer didn't work out quite like I wanted it to at first, but I boldly went forward like GG does and it worked just fine in the end.

Here is a 2-pager that sat on my table for a week. I just couldn't seem to decide what to do with these photos. Our sweet DGD is so very attached to her doll Squishy. I knew they were coming over and meant to call and ask her to bring Squishy so I could get a current photo. I forgot, but Squishy came with her anyway! We got a photo and I could finish the pages. Alyssa will be 10 next week and Squishy will be 9.

This is for 213 in 2013, to add flowers. Brads are from my EP warehouse shopping spree.

Keddypea,

I simply love, above all else, that you've developed friendships that last so long and I love that you ladies still sleepover. How did the hubbies feel about that? Lol.

Nylene,

Glitter Girl just did this type of LO, a then and a now…did you get your idea from her? I loved it..it was so sweet.

Marianne, I wish I could scrap as fast as you do in your videos.
I love that handful of bottom strips that you have cut from your paper. I need to do that. Also love the way you can mist without getting it all over yourself...something I can't seem to do. Thanks for sharing your process with us.

Mission Accomplished. I was four LOs behind but I managed to complete them today to meet my goal of creating 200 LOs in 200 days. (My number reads 201 because the tech team eliminated one and I had to resubmit it.)

I had some hits and some misses, but I think I have improved along the way and have tried new techniques while depleting my stash.

Marianne and Stash Busters helped with inspirations and kind words to keep me on target. Now I'm going to try to switch gears and get moving on Tis the Season!

Arrogant, I'm missing it! I've been so busy these past two weeks that I haven't scrapbooked (although I've done other crafts). On Monday, I'm going to scrap and get my pages uploaded...for real. I have to take time to go through the things you have posted to give you all credit and get some inspiration...bedtime activity for Saturday night..lol.
