I ordered my first PL core kit Baby boy edition. It should be here on Thursday! I hope that I can get a lot done. This is my 4th child and I have never completed an album. I put so much pressure on myself to make them perfect and it was not fun anymore to scrapbook so I just kinda quit. I have been watching videos.

Does anyone have any pointers advise for a PL newbie. My baby boy is 2 months and I have 4 weeks left of my leave. I want to say on top of it. I am sure that I can catch up quickly.

Does anyone know of any blogs I can look at for some ideas using the baby core kit?

My advice would be to keep it simple! That was the only way I kept my PL album up for a whole year. Good luck!

Search Becky's blog she did a post where she explained how she envisioned the baby kit to be used.

I have been doing PL for about two months now and I love it, so much easier than coming up with ideas for traditional scrap booking. The two keys to success for me are keeping it simple, and, make sure you have lots of photographs available as it's so much quicker.
I like using the free printable PL page planners Marcey Penner makes available, her organisational ideas really helped, it makes it so easy to sit down and get a lot down. Good luck and enjoy!
