So I am going to be doing a community service project with my high school students. I am looking to create 3-4 simple and easy to replicate cards. Anyone have any ideas or tips?

I make card kits in sets of 10 (100 total) 4 x's a year at the hospital where I work. I cut and assemble the supplies and directions in a Ziploc bag and distribute them to volunteers who want to participate in making cards.
I've also made the cards in a large group w/stations set up: cutting; cuttlebug; ribbon; assembling; etc... HTH.
Keep them simple enough so that it's do-able for the students who may not be particularly crafty.
I can send you some pics of some of the cards I've done if you'd like. PM me if you do.

I've done what Gluemore Girl has done. Pre cut and fold the card base and cut some of the pieces. Leave a pile of scraps with a punch for the person to make some of their own choices. It also helps to make one full card as an example for them to see.

I'll go find the sketches I used if that will help you.
