|Posted: 2/28/2014 12:39:15 PM|I know people are cutting on their Silhouettes, but I'm an orignial Cricut owner and that won't be changing in the near future.
My friend made something similar for me on her gypsy, but she's moving, so that won't be an option.
I thought I could probably find someone making them on etsy and selling them, but I have no idea how to search for it.
I'm looking for full or half page die cut papers of geometric shapes.
Here are a couple examples:
Lisa Dickinson hearts
Most of the time I see circles, but interested in several geometric shapes and it does not necessarily need to be 12x12, but I wouldn't mind buying them that way.
Anyway, please help me find a source to buy these.

I also love these sheets and do not own a silhouette. I've bought the Jillibean Soup Placemats and love them. They have triangles, two circle options, hexagons and frames. That said I would also love to find a place to purchase a variety of shapes as well. If you have a cricut that uses the craft room I think you could make something like that in there by welding some shapes together. I don't know what you would use to search on etsy, perhaps try die cut placemat . You may also be able to find a pea that would be able to do some custom work for you.

I didn't even know about the Jillibean product. It looks like there are only a couple options here at 2 Peas, so I'll have to search out more. I am definitely interested in buying those. But I'd also like to find some with different size shapes as well.
My friend used her gypsy to weld the shapes together, it worked, but definitely didn't look as good as the ones cut from the files. But I love how my pages turned out and really could see myself incorporating these on more of my pages.
I am willing to pay to get someone to make these for me, I looked up die cut placement on etsy and again, no luck.

I've searched 12x12 die cut paper and stencil on google and not much luck. I would love to find some hearts or stars as well. I know jillibean soup had a few new ones coming out this March. Pink paislee had some smaller heart ones but they only came in gold and silver.

Maybe try doing an ISO post on the FSOT board and you'll find a Pea who can design/cut for you?

If you have a Cricut, you can use Cricut Craft Room and do the same thing your friend did on the Gypsy. It works the same way.
|Posted: 2/28/2014 3:24:19 PM|Mew710-So I bought the Cricut when it first came out, and whatever exciting advances, drama with Provocraft, competition, etc...well, I missed that train. So are you telling me that my original cricut can be hooked up to the craft room (which again, don't have a clue)?
Aliwinn-I'm in California. I have some errands to run, so I will PM you in a bit.
Kaluha-I don't think I want to add to my underused, dusty cricut stash, but thanks for the offer.

You could also search using the terms lace paper or paper lace and maybe get a few more hits. There were a few different companies selling diecut lace papers. Pazzles has a whole CD of designs like that and there are some different ones on their CraftRoom site too. If you know anyone that has a cutter that can cut WPCs or SVGs that might be an option for you.

IIRC KI Memories introduced 12x12 die cut sheets with their Lace Paper collection. I recently saw packs of various shapes (including stars) in a variety of colors at Tuesday Morning. Also, I've seen a couple different designs (eg swirls, snowflakes, stars), each in a different color & some with glitter, at Michael's, AC Moore, & Joann's in the past.
You may be successful searching for "lace paper" or find a LSS/website/fellow scrapper that still has KI Memories inventory.
Good luck with your search!
