You got several M's and two Hobby Lobby at least. I know 3/4 Tuesday Morning where I fund a lot of scrap goodies. One fine paper store very expensive @ City Center. One painting supplies store near Westheimer/Voss.

Scrap Shack in Friendswood,
Croppin Bug in League City,
Scrappin Saavy in Spring, and
Texas Art Supply ( Westheimer and Montrose -this Is an art supply but has lots of scrappy stuff like Wink of Stella's and SC veneers at the better prices in Houston, i.e Dylusions sprays for $3.50, and a Wink of Stella's for $6.50, etc.)

Cool, thanks!

I live too close to HL and M's, so no real desire to go there.

The Croppin' Bug is actually in Texas City. I wish it was here in League City. It's still worth the drive though. Scrap Shack also has a good selection.

I think the store in Spring may be closed so check before you go. Also, Corsicana is several hours from Houston.

Sorry! I meant Texas City. The Spring store was open a couple of months ago. I hope it hasn't closed

It's really too bad - a city this large (4th largest in the US, I think) and we have only a few stores left. Used to find them everywhere up here on the north side and now we have nothing.

Chris, I'm in the DFW area and we used to have one on every street corner. Now we have like...2 that are just OK. The others are over 40 min away. So sad.

I checked the website for the Spring store and it looks like it's still open. I also looked it up on google maps and it looks like it's in a house. Is that right? Does someone live there, or was the house converted to a store?

The one is Spring is a store that's a converted house. I don't think they live there.

Novel Approach in Friendswood or Webster. I believe they are still open.

Scrappn' Savvy in Spring is wonderful. It is a house that has been converted into a store. Lots of great new product and Karrie (the owner) is a sweetheart!!

Awwwwww, thanks, AnonPeaName!

Thanks everyone! Hopefully I'll be able to stop a store or 2. I have been to Noval Approach before it changed and it was pretty nice. We'll see which one works out best for the area I'll be in.

Thanks again!

Just wanted to post my update - Scrappin' Savvy in Spring is open! I drove by yesterday to take a peek around (prices were really reasonable). So...I apologize to the owners for spreading rumors of the store's demise...LOL!

Unfortunately, I was in a situation (No car since DH had it all day) where I couldn't go check any out. Maybe next time.
