on one 4x6 photo?

I'm looking for something easy. I'd prefer not to do it in photoshop. I'm not that good with it.

So what's a good software to download?

Photility is the name of the website. Not for Mac.

And the King will tell them, when you did it to one of the least of these, you were doing it to me.

Use a mac? Use Diptic or PicFrame. Both are super easy

If you are looking for an App, I use PicStitch to do this. Works great.

Picasa does it as well. Just create a 4x6 collage with your 2 photos.

Picmonkey is a free website that has a lot of quick and easy collages... They have advanced editing that you have to sign up for, but for the basic stuff you don't need to log in or sign up... On my iPhone and Mac I use PicFrame...

OK. Stupid question. If you use one of the collage programs, can you just save it and have it printed at Shutterfly or some place like that? I don't have a photo-quality printer.

Sorry to hijack!

Fuji, all the apps/sites I've used let you save the collage as a jpg... You can take/send that into wherever you get your photos printed and there's no problem... The printers don't care what the jpg looks like, so you can do whatever combination of sizes you like... Just make sure that the collage jpg is the same size/ratio as whatever size print you order... For example, two 4x3s side by side will fit on a 4x6, and the individual pictures will be 4x3 and not cut off... If you do a collage that's two 4x4 pictures side by side, that works out to a 4x8 size jpg... If you try to print that on a 4x6, it will either cut off part of the pictures, or scale the jpg down to fit on the 4x6 giving you two 3x3 photos instead... Hope that makes sense...lol

Yes, the photos from the software can be saved and printed. I use PhotoSheet and really like it.
