We went through this phase here on the message boards speculating that they are going out of business, but they have gotten A FEW new things in (not as much as I'd like) and I'm considering placing an order today. But now that they don't have a customer service phone #, etc. I'm reluctant. If you've ordered lately, what has your experience been? I really want to support 2 Peas...but just wondering.

I placed an order last Friday or Saturday, and it shipped on Monday, which I was very happy with. No issues here.

I placed an order recently and it showed up 2 days later...I was shocked since previous orders usually took a week or more to arrive.

I ordered about a two weeks ago when they had a sale and I saw that they finally had some new MME items however I had damaged paper. The box they used was bent to fit the 12x12 paper and then the paper was only packaged in a thin paper bag with no backing. Couple that with being shipped and tossed around with other items inside . I contacted customer service and they replaced the paper right away. It was still shipped in a box that was again, bent to fit the 12x12 paper, still in a paper bag, but it had a backing this time which helped. I wish they'd use boxes they used to that fit 12x12 and not bend them . They're now using the Priority Mail boxes and they're just not big enough. Between the packing and the lack of new items, I don't forsee being a regular customer anymore there are other companies out there that offer free shipping, not just a discount, and carry new items on a regular basis. Makes me sad how 2Ps has changed with no explenation. I hope it changes still holding out hope!

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and everything was good. I've also had quick responses to emails, no CS issues here.

I know I'm partial but I can only say good things about the shipping services. I'm in Canada and my package takes only 5 days to get to me from the time it leaves the warehouse. By 5 days I mean regular days, not business. It's so nice to receive my packages so quickly.

I order from Canada too and love the fast shipping. Good service here.

I have to agree though, that I preferred the previous packaging, which had a thick corrugated cardstock behind the papers, preventing damage in transit. The loose paper bag isn't as safe for paper ordering, but so far I haven't had any issues with my papers.

I just started ordering from 2Ps a few months ago. I've had superior customer service and the shipping is very fast.

I recently ordered, and had no problems. Shipping was very fast, packaging was fine, everything was perfect. I didn't order any paper, so can't speak to that issue.

I ordered recently and everything was fine... I ordered 12x12 papers and they were fine too, but I'm in Canada and they don't use the "Priority" boxes so that might part if it... Not sure if there is a cost/weight/delivery time difference with the different boxes, but maybe mention to them about the difference you notice... Seems like they can still get/have the old style boxes...

I have had a couple of issues recently, they have all been dealt with fairly efficiently, I say fairly efficiently because they used to be dealt with almost by return now it takes a couple of days, in this world of instant gratification it is hard for us to wait nowadays but two peas are definitely worth being patient for.

I have another order winging its way to me over the Atlantic I am so glad to see the new stash is arriving in store because it was looking grim for a couple of months there

I don't understand the inability to put the paper in a proper box...another online retailer (who does both kits and has an online/B&M store) has these boxes that ship 12x12 perfectly flat.

There is not enough in the store to tempt me right now..

I placed an order last month and everything went well. The product was shipped quickly and was packaged nicely. My items were in excellent condition. It was nice being able to support 2Peas; I wish I could do it more often.

I placed an order on Friday and received it on Monday (yesterday). I was shocked that I got it so fast. It was in a priority mail box, which one of the corners was bent. Most likely from my postal carrier cramming it into my mailbox. Everything inside was okay. No bent edges on paper or anything damaged.

I was happy to get everything so quick. I had ordered some nautical looking paper for a fishing trip and got the pictures. I was a little bummed that I had to wait for my paper to work on my LOs. Then I got my order in the afternoon. Wahoo!
