As long as CTMH has been around, I have yet to see any of their products in person. Never had a consultant in my area that I knew of anyway. A friend of mine just became a consultant and knows that I scrapbook. I know she will want me to look at a catalog and I will want to place an order. Are there any favorites or any of the product that is not worth the money? For instance, when I purchased SU years ago, while the stamps were great, the card stock and pp had something to be desired.

TIA for your input!

Well, all I have are some stamp sets that I bought here at FSOT but the stamps are EXCELLENT quality and I love the envelopes they come in. I forgot, I do have TWO stamp pads and like them also and the stamp blocks are great too.

The stamps stick very well to any stamp block.

In my experience everything from CTMH is of the best quality. You really can't go wrong with any of their product.

Thank you for your input Peas! Looking forward to seeing a catalog!

Oh, one more question...what are their Cricut cartridges like? Are they worth the money?

Their Cricut cartridges are totally worth the money. They are my most used cartridges.

Ditto what others have said, all of their items are excellent quality. I love their clear stamp sets because they don't get yellow or gummy over time like some polymer stamps do. Their ink pads are a nice size and come in a ton of colors. Their albums and page protectors are very nice too, and are well worth the money.

I really like their ribbon, ink pads and stamps (although I am not a big stamper). They also have the best Cricut Cartridges ever from what my scrappy friends and consultant tells me. I really like their black and white cardstock. And my FAVORITE CTMH items of all are they medium and large storage bins. All in all they have good quality product, I'm just not a themed type scrapper so I pass on most of there papers, But the papers are of great high quality.

Their albums were the best until they discontinued them. I hope when they come out with new ones, they will rival the old ones.

If you scrapbook you will want the CTMH exclusive Cricut cartridge Artbooking it is the newest of their three cricut cartridges sold exclusively thru CTMH and it is formatted for 12 x12 pages and is so easy to use all the guess work it done for you and is filled with tons and tons of great cuts for your scrapbook pages, from background layers and on and on.

What everybody else said! I'm tempted to buy a cricut just for those three cartridges.

I love flipping through a printed catalog, but go to the website and have a sneak peak at the ideas book online.

Their paper is great too. Nice weight, beautiful patterns, and cuts like buttah in a cameo. I bought a paper collection and got 6 layouts and 6 cards done. It's the first, and only, paper collection that I used absolutely every little scrap. Stamps are great quality too.

I love CTMH. I don't think their prices are any higher than local scrapbook stores. I second the Cricut Cartridges. I keep a Cricut for that reason. I no longer buy any cartridges except for CTMH. My daughter is a CTMH rep so I can buy them from her. I love their latest double sided papers. Their white cardstock cuts great in all my cutting machines which is a big plus. Their solid cardstock is white core though. I can live with it but wish it were solid color. I second the med and large storage boxes. My daughter always tells people they can get glue and such with their coupons at Michaels, etc so buy CTMH things they can't get elsewhere. There will be a new cartridge in the new catalog so I am anxiously waiting.

I agree with everyone else, their Cricut cartridges are the best especially the latest Artbooking. I love their albums, that's all I use. I personally am not crazy about their paper but I love the the storage containers they sell. Hope that helps!

I think CTMH stamps/stamp pads and accessories are great. Love the flip flaps and other small items. However I think their paper is okay at best. I found the patterned paper to be on the thinner side and the colors always seem "weak" to me - nothing is ever vibrant. Also, the solid paper seems washed out to me - nothing is ever bold. Maybe it's just my preference but I no longer buy paper from them.

Their stamps are extremely high quality, and I love their ink pads. I also like their flip flaps.

I have all three of their Cricut cartridges. They have tons of designs on them and are worth the price IMO, even if you don't use the coordinating stamps and chipboard. I really like the fact that the CTMH cartridges have coordinating stamps (not limited to what comes with the cartridges).

Some of their embellishments are nice, and sometimes I like their Workshops on the Go (WOTG), but it depends on how much I like the paper packs. I didn't care for any of the WOTG in the current catalog.

I have always loved their albums. However, they have been making changes, and my favorite album was announced as being discontinued. I stocked up on the albums, before they were completely gone, though, so I am good for now.

I have always loved their page protectors, but the price on them jumped dramatically.

Recently they started adding jewelry and fashion crafts. I am underwhelmed by them. I would prefer to see more stamps and/or scrapbooking products.

I was disappointed in their last catalog for the first time. Their stamp designs were not as nice as I have come to expect from them. I hope the next catalog has better offerings. However, I have a ton of their stamps, so keep in mind that there were still some really nice designs in the catalog, but I had already bought the ones I liked, or had something very similar. What bugged me was how many of the new stamps had a sloppy, hand drawn look, that appeared as if it had been done by a high schooler with a Sharpie. I expect better artwork than that.

If you have never seen their catalog or products in person, you will probably enjoy seeing what they have to offer. They still have lots of nice things.

The new catalog comes out 8/1 and it will be a biggie to last an entire year, with 2 seasonal supplements during the year. I'm excited & hopeful to see what they've got in store -- that will determine if I make it longer as a consultant (or not). I can't sell product I don't use & enjoy myself.

gotta add my CTMH love...a friend became a consultant and I'm thinking I'm her best customer.

not mentioned yet is the Kraft cardstock, for me, it is the perfect shade of Kraft...and the sweet leaf has to be my alltime favorite green

But I am not quite the fan of the inks, for me the other catalog company has better inks. and I love memento.

and I'm a li'l unimpressed by their marker sets, (just love Tombow), but my consultant friend loves them and I am open to them.

I hope that means that items will continue to be available for the whole year and not suddenly discontinued without warning during a "current" catalog--that has happened a couple of times to me. First it was the large page protectors (50) pack, and then the albums. By the time I heard about the page protector 50 pack being discontinued, I could no longer get them. I did get the albums I ordered, even though I had to wait awhile. They ended up back ordered, but I did finally get them a couple of days ago.

Completely understandable! When I saw the current catalog, I was glad that I had never become a consultant (I had considered it). It's easy to sell what you love, and not so easy if you don't.
