Break out your punches, dies, and cutting machines... lets swap die cuts!
This will be a quick and easy swap so the due date is March 8th. All punches, dies, and cutting machines allowed. Please list what you plan to use when you sign up so we don't have duplicates!
Requirements:
1. High quality cardstock only!! We will be using white or Kraft depending on what group you sign up for. This will allow us to ink, paint, mist, distress to our hearts content when we use our die cuts.
2. Please bag each set of die cuts individually, then put each group in one bag labeled with your Pea Name and Group number.
3. We will have groups of 5 people, with 6 die cuts per person in your group. So 30 die cuts per group you sign up for. You will send in 30 and get 30 back.
4. All die cuts should be between 1 to 3 inches in size.
5. Don't forget to list your shape so we don't have duplicates
6. This should be a relatively inexpensive swap to mail. Please send a return label (if you want me to reuse your envelope) or an envelope to mail your swap back with enough stamps or money to get it back to you. No prepaid postage accepted. Please pea mail me for my address when you are ready to ship your swap to me.
7. This is my first swap as a hostess, but I have been swapping here and other places for several years. Please don't hesitate to ask questions or offer advice if you see something I could be doing different. I want this to be a great swap!!

Yay! Ok. For group 1, I will do a heart. Group 2 I will do a spellbinder sunburst/pinked circle; Group 3 white I will do a small lacy scallop spellbinder circle (kinda looks like a doily); Group 4 kraft, I will do a small spellbinder label. Group 8 Flowers Kraft I will do the Sizzix cottage trio flower. Thanks! |

Ok trying to get this right. So for the white group I'm using white cradstock and for the kraft groups I'm using any solid color cradstock I want???? Do I have to use a solid color or can it be decorative papaer. Let me know... | |

I'm sorry, maybe I'm having a stupid moment, but I'm having a hard time understanding what we're supposed to put on the die cuts. Are we supposed to just ink/most them? Or are we supposed to completely embellish them? I'm on the fence about joining, so I just want to see exactly what I'll be getting myself into.  |

Lets see if I can clear up some questions.
This swap is for just the die cut, no decoration, inking, anything. Depending on what group you sign up for you will make your die cut out of high quality white cardstock, or high quality kraft cardstock. Kraft is a color of cardstock.... think light brown, khaki. I will post a picture....

The point of the swap is to get a whole bunch of die cuts cut from punches, dies, or cricut cartridges, etc. that you don't have.
Then when you are ready to use your die cuts you decorate them to fit the layout you are working on.
So this is a really easy and basic swap.

oops, Hexagon isn't a decorative edge, so I'll do a Hexagon for groups 1 & 2
For groups 3 & 4, I have a scalloped rectangle or square from Spellbinders.

Ok I think I got everyone signed up, except Wren - what groups were you wanting to sign up for??
Caribbean girl - I signed you up for each group except for Flowers(white) and the two tag groups as they were full. If I open another group, or we have anyone drop I will give you the spots if you still want them!
Also, those punches sound great... just let me know which punch you will use for each group. The cloud would be perfect for the basic shapes group, and the other punches will fit in nicely with the groups. Just let me know!!

I'm sorry but I am going to have to switch my Cameo die cut categories as I was scammed on the other board and now not only do I not have my Cameo but also filing a claim with Paypal to try to ge mt $230 back. I'm sick to my stomach that this happened and am very sorry for those in my groups who were to receive these. I will post alternative cut requests for our hostess later ths evening.
