I am think I am ready to host a swap again 
There are a few that I would like to do.
The one I want to play in is the color swap. Anna/gus-gus hosted this last year and I have ran through my stash for the most part.
Here are one's I was thinking about hosting:
I was also thinking about doing a junk journal or chipboard album using some of the newest CHA releases. If I do this which of these lines would you like to see?
I wouldn't mind bringing back the whimsy swaps....maybe a spring theme or mother's day theme?
So tell me what you all think? |

Yes please! To a color swap with maybe paper scrapes in the color swap? I am also up for another whimsy swap w/ favorites? I know recipe swaps might be SO last year...BUT I would love another recipe swap of some sort....... |

A junk journal sounds fun! I have the mini books Cricut cartridge and it has inspired me to do another mini book. |

What about a recipe book /album of some sort? Not sure what I'm thinking but maybe a envelope type book....to slip the 6x6 recipes in it? Any one know what I'm trying to say? |

OK something like this!!! Or Something similar to this! With bigger envelopes to hold my 6x6 recipe cards. We would each get a envelope and deck it out with a certain category...like chicken recipes, or beef, cookies, cakes, snacks, ect. envelope recipe holder/book ....we would have to have holes punched so we can put it in our own binders...kwim? |

Sounds like a whimsy swap it is! I will work on starting one today.
I will pmail Anna cause I would like to play in a color swap too. If she is not up for hosting I would be willing - with her blessing of course
If she does host then I will do a junk journal/mini album/recipe card holder type swap that would be due later (like May) so we could do a few different groups. |

If Anna doesn't want to host a color swap, I will. You or she can email me the requirements. This way you wouldn't have to host them all, and I have been wanting to host a swap.

Thanks for peamailing me, Shilo! I replied. I've sent a note to someone about a swap she's hosted before.
I would like to get back into hosting. I appreciate you asking me about the color swap. I know it's not really "MY" swap but I have hosted it and a few other similiar to it.
Either way, it will get started, either by Shilo or myself. I've got a few new categories in mind, too along with smaller quantities you need to send it. It did get a little expensive last time. |

A junk journal or what I had in mind anyways is similar to this. I would have a specific line of paper that everyone would use and they could pick their page. Then they would make 5 to 10 (depending on how many spots their are) of the same page. When it comes back you have all the pages to make a mini album/smashbook/junk journal, can be called any of those really.

Anna - you totally "own" the color swap Kind of like I "own" the whimsy swaps hehehe. But either way just glad its going to be done

Rosie, I love that envelope mini book!! Wouldn't it be so cute to make and have different sections for various recipes to tuck inside and give as a gift! I will keep my eye out for something like that! I also think using it to store "favorite" embellishments/tags/PL, etc would be awesome too.
Anna, I can't wait to see your color swap. I literally just went through my bags on Sunday/Monday and re-organized them to go with what was inside, rather just by color

Either Anna or myself will be hosting another Potpourri swap soon... I was thinking with the new CHA lines, or we could just continue to organize by theme, and just stick to "newer" lines! Thoughts??

I would love to swap page layouts that are kind of neutral...can be used for any kind of pictures. I don't need birthday pages or Christmas or any other themed pages. I just have tons of pics that need to go on pages! |
