I started it a year ago and made it to my goal weight within a couple of months (I had 15 lbs. to lose that I couldn't seem to get rid of any other way.)
I've managed to stay within 3 or 4 lbs. of my lowest weight, and it hasn't been too difficult. I follow the plan loosely, weigh myself almost daily, and reign myself in when I need to.

Recently, I've had a couple of weeks that were wash-outs - a family wedding, a week away - and a weekend camping trip - all - one right-after-the-other. I "tried" - at least to be aware of what I was eating - and in the two weeks, gained back 1.2 lbs......Last week was my first week back, focused on plan again - and I lost 5.2 for the week.....so, I feel that "I'm back!"
I'm about 1/2 way through my weight-loss journey......probably another 35 or so, to go....
But, other than the two weeks, or 'abnormal living' - I'm not finding it too difficult to follow, at all.
I love the new Points Plus plan - where fruits and almost all vegetables are free/zero points. It makes it so much easier to put together a healthy snack (for instance), if all you have to count is the couple of tbsp. of Light Hummus you're using as a dip for your fresh veggies.
There's a whole daily thread here - started every day - that's dedicated to Weight Watchers. Pop on over there, and check it out - everyone's very nice, supportive - and willing to share their knowledge & experiences.
