I felt like the season premiere had lost a little momentum, but then I watched the entire first season this past week! 
If the white-haired man knows Emily's true identity, why hasn't he told anyone else?

I thought tonight's episode was very good. Not surprised to see Daniel and that British chick (name escapes me) together. Don't like either one of them--he deserves that social climber.
What is Emily's Japanese teacher's deal? I mean I get he trained her, but what's his stake in this that he is so overly involved. Sounds like if she doesn't stay on track and do what she planned on doing he's going to kill her and whoever that other guy is.
I love Nolan; he's the best part of the show. I really like his new look and love that now he's training too. Hopefully we'll get to see him kick some arse too this year.
Poor Charlotte. I feel so sorry for her. Creepy dad and corrupt doc keeping her in rehab against her will and cutting her off from everyone. I hope Emily helps her. My dd and I were speculating about what Emily meant when she said something about taking Charlotte from Victoria. Dd thought she meant harm her is some way, but I don't think there is any way Emily would do that to her. I think she's going to turn her against Victoria, which I really hope she does. | |

Such a good episode, I am so glad its back on!
I also love Nolan and wasn't surprised to see Victoria back. She is a great character and to lose her would be bad for the show.
Poor Charlotte, she needs a friend. Maybe Emily?
And Jack, I really like him but he needs to ditch fake Amanda. Hoping the baby isn't his. |

When the show started last night, it said Labor Day, off the coast somewhere (RI maybe). Then the rescue workers found the body. Then it flashed back 3 months earlier, right before Memorial Day.
Last season ended in the winter, there was snow at the beach. The Graysons were stuck there until the trial was over.
She was pg in the winter. Jack said she was due in like 4 weeks, so I thing that is about the right timeline. |

Thank you for clearing up the beginning. I think I was multi-tasking. I thought the beginning said "three months later" (I know--stupid!). I got really confused because I initally thought the divers were looking at a plane wreckage. Then I thought I saw "Amanda" and it looked like the boat name....so imagine my confusion when I saw the "Amanda" still docked and Jack talking of selling it. 
That one little piece of info made all the difference!
I like how they start each season out with something that's going to happen in the future and then we backtrack and figure out the details.
I'm also hoping that baby is NOT Jack's. And did I understand correctly that the Japanese guy had been training fake Amanda? That worries me; I don't want her to be a formidable opponent for real Amanda. | |

I was surprised that Victoria is still alive. That did not occur to me. I think Amanda's baby is fake. I just the oddest feeling when, in previews (or was it last season) when he put his hand on her tummy, then had a very odd look). I thought then, that it was a fake belly thing. But maybe he figured out then, that the timing wasn't right.

Yeah, me too. The Japanese guy Emily and Daniel met with at the beginning of the season last year I thought had a full head of dark hair and was much younger. |

There was a different Japanese trainer last season. I wonder if this new one is a new character or a different actor.
The other thing bugging me is that the white haired man was shown to be messing around with the airplane last season and now he's working with Victoria? Was there really a plane crash? Or maybe he's working for both Grayson's and neither know it. |

the white haired guy was working for victoria's husband but maybe he was playing both sides. the whole family is corrupt except charlotte.

I have been avoiding this thread because I didn't get to watch it until today - I thought it was really good - of course I am wondering who the dead guy is? It is obviously Jack's boat but I don't think it is Jack (at least I hope not).
I didn't think Victoria would be dead either, she is too central to the show. I like Nolan living at Emily's place.
Also, I wonder if Fake Amanda is really pregant? I think she might be but I don't think it is Jack's
