I've gone before but was wondering if anyone has any "can't miss" stops? We'll be in manhatten and china town for most of our shopping

I'm hoping to find some "bento lunch" supplies and a new wallet and whatever else I can find!

Will be watching this thread ~ my mom and I are going next week for a 5 day trip ~ first time for both of us and love to shop!

Some of my friends who were just there in June said the Century 21 Department Store (close to the 911 Memorial site) is a *must do* store...huge in size and bargain dept store (do you have TJ Maxx or Marshall's by you? They compared it to that but even better prices than that!)

They also said there's a chain of boutiques in NYC, called something like Leila Rose or Bella Lei or something of that nature (can't remember exact name). I know they said there's one by Battery Park and another by Central Park w/super cute stuff that you wouldn't find in your stores at home and again, excellent prices. One friend said from the outside, she didn't think she would be able to afford anything there but went in anyways to check it out and couldn't believe the great prices/deals/merchandise.

Enjoy your day in the city!
