I thought it was stupid & if it's on in a month I'll be surprised. I didn't make it through the first episode.

Go figure- I really liked it! Reminds me a lot of the movie "The Devil's Advocate".
I love stories that are centered around a place/building- I have a thing for architectural history, so I love that element of it. I'm interested to see what secrets the building is hiding.

I agree, Anna. I thought it was similar to the same movie too.

I kinda liked it too. It's a bit hokey/cheesey, but I still thought it was entertaining. It's gonna depend on how well they develop the story.
|Posted: 10/3/2012 1:01:21 PM|It'll probably get canceled, but I'll watch it, for a while, anyway. It has potential...
And maybe it helps that I just started reading 77 Shadow Street by Dean Koontz, ALSO about a creepy building... so I must be in my Creepy Building Phase.
I behold you riding with my love throughout the town,
And I bite my thumb at you.
Methinks the ducats in my purse are sorely lacking,
And I bite my thumb at you
And at her, too.
Were I but richer, I would be her suitor
Is this not a patent fact?
Though it pains me to the quick, I will salute her still
The aforementioned way: I bite my thumb.

I totally thought Devil's Advocate, too!
I thought it was OK. Not great, but not horrible. I'll give it another couple weeks and see how it goes.

|Posted: 10/3/2012 4:31:03 PM|Sorry for 2 threads about this. I dunno how that happened.
I'm not one for violent or even suspenseful shows/movies, but DH was watching this and it looked at least different. I thought it was pretty well done.
As far as it being pulled in a few weeks, I guess that "Revenge" would be pulled and it's a hit, so, there ya go. We never know what will do well!
I agree about the "Devil's Advocate" response + I have a soft-spot for anything relating to NY. I just have to watch this during the daytime through my fingers in front of my face!
I'm just a pea:)

I thought it was pretty good but wasn't overly impressed it - it intrigued me enough to at least give it a few weeks to see where it is going.
