Anyone have permanent eyeliner done? Would love to hear from anyone that has. There is a groupon for it and I would love to not have to put this on everyday. Of course I would research the facility etc.

I would love a soft natural line. Anyone have it done?

I've had my eyeliner and brows done. The eyeliner hurt like hell, but the brows weren't bad at all. I do love waking up and having eyes though!

Okay fine, I'll probably never skinny dip, but I'm having fun in smaller swimsuits!

So no regrets? Hmmm really considering it now. I never considered that it would be painful though.
Thanks for posting!

A former coworker had hers done. At first she loved it but then as it aged she regretted it more and more.

My mom had her eye liner done about 18 years ago. She loves it, she's in her 70s now.

No regrets...I love it. I guess it's been almost two years now. I can't lie though; it hurt. I'll have to have drugs or alcohol to have it redone when it comes time!

I would really carefully consider the eyeliner in particular. It can look a little harsh on older eyes and obviously you won't be able to adjust your 'style' of makeup as you get older as we normally would.

Good luck.

Today, I will be colouring outside the lines.

Sounds like wine is in order before I go!

That is great! I was a bit worried about aging with it.

Ditto.

I had my eyeliner done 4 years ago, and my eyebrows 2-1/2 years ago. Absolutely no regrets!

My eyelashes and eyebrows are blonde and I'm very fair skinned, so my features had no definition without makeup. The woman who did my permanent makeup was an artist and sculptor with her own salon, and she had been doing permanent makeup for over 10 years. She worked with a very fine, gentle hand (not trying to say it didn't hurt!). My eyebrows are the color I used to pencil in...a very soft medium brown. My eyeliner is a smokey grey that looks lightly smudged on. It was important to me to have the eyeliner not look harsh. If I'm hanging around the house on Saturday, all I need is a little mascara and I'm good to go. If I go out that night, I glam up my eyes with a little more liner.

By the way, I'm 57 so I don't think age has to do with regrets...more so how it is done.

I wish I'd done this 20 years ago!!
