There seems to be a great deal from Omaha Steaks that was shown on Good Morning America this morning. 2 combo options of food for $39.99, 78% off.

Combos have things from filet mignon to burgers and chicken in it.

I have never ordered or eaten their food. Is the food good? It seems like a good gift idea and I would love some feedback if you have it.

I've gotten Omaha Steaks for gifts quite a few times and they're really good

I too have received Omaha Steak combo packs as gifts in the past. I was never disappointed. I think it's a nice gift. Happy Holidays.

My mom ordered them one year and said they were pretty good. I ordered the filet mignon box this morning to try them. They are for us though, not a gift.

My inlaws used to work part time for them at christmas (to get the crazy discounts they give to employees) So, for a couple years, we were living large w/all of the stuff they sent us. SO GOOD!

Yes, their steaks are amazing, but so are their chicken breasts. It was hard to go back to grocery store chicken breasts after having those all the time.

Their potato au gratin (my 13yr old calls them haystacks as they are little lumps) are my favorite potato ever.

I think it also depends on where you live. If you are in the midwest and get good quality beef in the grocery stores, you won't be that impressed. If you are in a place where your meat isn't as good, you will love them We love their side dishes too. Overall, they are overpriced for us but that is because we buy our meat in bulk from local farms.

Thanks ladies! I ended up ordering them for my little brother who lives in Colorado. He'll eat anything and if these are good as people say, then even better!

Thanks for the feedback!

I did this for one of my husband's brother, but I got free shipping at the time.

They loved it. The sin-in-law kept asking us to buy them more.
